 Hydraulic Replacement Elements
We offer hundreds of elements designs for housed filters of other manufacturers. They cost less than those made by major manufacturers, including:
Parker, Marvel, Vickers, Schroeder, Gresen, Pall, Rosaen, Rosedale, Can Flo, Fleetguard, PTI, and many others.
 Tee-Ezy Filters
With your piping and our Tee-Ezy kit, you will have a true filtering system for slightly more than you would pay for a common sump strainer and the same amount of pipe, filtering and labor. Elements can be cleaned or replaced without draining the tank.
 Y-Filters
Pleated stainless wire elements are housed in a Y-shaped housing used for four times the element area of a typical Y-strainer. Can be used for suction or return line service. Pipe size available from ½'' to 2 npt with a choice of element rating down to 25 micron wire cloth. Other size and material available.
 T-Filters
The ultimate in sensible, workable suction and return line hydraulic (or other) fluids. Elements offered from 3 micron cellulose to 238 micron wire cloth. They are serviced through a clean-out cover. Housings are low cost large diameter steel tubes. Port size from 1 to 3 inch npt.
 Texas Filters
Designed for large volume hydraulic fluid suction or return line filtration. These are BIG Texas size filter with a large filtering area and have cleanable filter elements in a low cost package. Available in three sizes with flow capacities to nearly 700 gpm and port sizes to 6" female npt.
 Spin-On Filters
Industry standard units. Cans interchange with other manufacturer. Flow rates from 7 gpm to 100 gpm, pressures to 150 psi. Die-cast aluminum heads have port from ¼'' to 1½'' npt and bypass valves (1/4'' to 3/8'' bypass valve optional)
 Replacement Lube Filters
For filtering lubricant and coolant on machine tools, this high quality filter replaces units made by Purolatror, Cincinnati Milacron and Danly, at substantial savings. The sealed metal canister contains a high density, pure cellulose filter element with over 400 square inches of filtering area, rated for 10 microns. In port sizes ¼, 3/8 and ½-inch. (NPT female)
 Up to 3000 PSI In-Line Filters
The filter elements are replaceable. They have pleated stainless steel wire cloth micro glass or cellulose over a stainless steel support tube. Micron sizes available from 6 micron micro glass to 238 micron wire cloth. Housings are made of machined anodized aluminum, stainless steel, or steel. Rated from 6 to 15 gmp (suction) 12 to 22 gmp (return)
Portable Oil Transfer and Filter Systems
For off-line servicing and filtering without shutting down the system, a self contained unit, it is totally portable and separate from main unit. Reduces downtime and increases oil and component life. Can be used to transfer oil from drums, reservoirs, or cleaning up spilled hydraulic fluids. Comes complete with pump, motor, hoses, heavy duty cart, filters, and drip proof wands.
